The After School Klub
Hello Alexandria Park,
We’re TASK (The After School Klub) and we are so grateful and excited to be given the opportunity to be Alex Park’s next OOSH Care Provider.
Enrolments are now open at the following link: http://www.task-kids.com.au/alexpark and TASK’s service will commence on the first day of the winter holidays this year – Monday 7 th July 2025.
All families will need to re-enrol directly with TASK. Due to privacy laws, your enrolment information cannot be rolled over from the current provider.
We understand that this can be a bit of a nuisance and we try to make it as pain-free as possible. Clicking the link above will take you directly to your school’s page on our website – scroll down, select “Enrol Now” and it should all be super easy from there.
A few things you will need to complete the enrolment form:
- Centrelink CRNs – your child(ren)’s and your own
- An emergency contact who is not the child’s parent
- Medicare Number
- Family Doctor’s details
- Credit Card or Bank Account Details
- Details of any medical conditions, special needs or dietary requirements.
- NB: If your child has certain medical conditions, a TASK team member will be in touch to ensure we have everything we need to keep them safe in our care.
