Financial contributions and assistance

There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.

These include:

  • uniforms

  • school books and equipment

  • excursions

  • co-curricular activities.

Voluntary school contributions

Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.

For more information, visit the Voluntary School Contribution policy.

Financial assistance

If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.

Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.

Fees can be payed as instalments or as a one-off payment.

APCS can accept cash/card payments in person at the Park Road office between 8.30am to 2pm each school day.

Payments can also be made online - click the make a payment link at the top of the page (next to the search bar). Please ensure you note what you are paying for on the payment entry.

If you are paying by cheque, please make your cheque to Alexandria Park Community School.

NOTE: Certain subjects incur fees associated with covering the costs of the material used.  Where fees are not paid, any products made may remain the property of the school.

Students in Years 5 - 12 are required to bring your own device.

Please refer to the BYOD (bring your own device) policy for programming and further information.

If bringing your own purchased device please ensure that you read the specifications to ensure that your purchased device can join our network.
