QwertyKids after school coding classes are coming to APCS in Term 3!
Creative Computer sessions for students in Year 3 - 6.
Qwertys coding classes guide learners to:
Think creatively, Work collaboratively, Reason systematically, Solve complex problems, Set and achieve goals, Make, share and present ideas.
- QwertyKids offers project-based learning led by qualified teachers with professional programming experience.
- We'll help children learn to code in fun and exciting ways. They'll create animations and build games as well as learn the fundamental building blocks of programming. Led by experts, Qwerty Kids workshops are playful, participatory and plenty of fun!
- Classes to be held in the APCS Library
- 2 sessions each Monday:
- 3.05pm for years 3-4
- 4.05pm for years 5-6
- Monday 24th July - 18th September
QwertyKids code captains will also organise pick up and drop to Camp Australia if needed.
