Year 7 Vaccination Clinic 1st April

The Year 7 Vaccination Clinic will take place at APCS on April 1st.

Vaccinations will be administered by NSW Department of Health nurses. All Australian residents will need to give consent via the Engage website  

You will then need to log in to your Service NSW Account to finalise this process.

Non-Medicare holders can fill out a paper form which can be collected by students from the Jenla.
