In addition to the above school contribution fees, there may be additional costs during the year to cover excursions, materials including specialised text books and costs to attend sporting carnivals.
Students are also to provide stationery and equipment specific to their stage. Notes will be sent home by the class teacher at the beginning of each term. You can see the start of term letters and equipment lists for 2019 here by stage:
Examples of additional costs incurred:
Paid Sport - $ 50.00 - PER TERM for PSSA Sport, Go-Go, Swimming (Years 3-6)
$ 15.00 - swimming carnival
$20-$45 - stage specific text books
$320 - Stage 3 camp (approximate cost only)
The above fees can be payed as instalments or as a one-off payment. If you are paying by cheque, please make your cheque to Alexandria Park Community School.
NOTE: Certain subjects incur fees associated with covering the costs of the material used. Where fees are not paid, any products made may remain the property of the school.
Excursions are paid for before the excursion, the note must be signed and returned before the event.

The following forms are needing to be updated regularly and given to the School Front Office if any of your contact details (phone, email, address etc) change during the year.

Authority to Publish Images Form. Images of students are used to promote school activities, (classroom, excursions, sport etc) and used for the school newsletter, website, emails. Please update this form annually to indicate your preference.
