ICAS Tests

Dear Parents / Carers,

ICAS Assessments are independent, online assessments, designed to recognise and reward academic excellence. The assessments are based on the curricula for the relevant year. Students are asked to demonstrate a deeper, integrated and thorough level of learning.

ICAS is not compulsory. ICAS is supported by the University of Sydney. You can find out more about ICAS via this link: https://www.icasassessments.com/products-icas/

ICAS National Competitions: ICAS Maths, ICAS English, ICAS Science, ICAS Writing are open for purchase now and APCS entries will close June 30 2023.

ICAS at Alexandria Park Community School is open to students from Years 3 to 12.

Unlike other payments to the school, payment method for the ICAS Competitions is different.

Our school has signed up for the ICAS Assessments Parent Payment System (PPS). Through this system parents can pay for ICAS directly online while tests will still be held at our school.

Please use the following details to register your child no later than June 30, 2023 Also, complete and return the accompanying permission slip to school no later than June 30.
