Dreaming Alexandria Park - an Aboriginal Family and Culture Workshop

Aboriginal families and local community are invited to a Caring for Country cultural visioning workshop — sharing dreams for Alexandria Park.

As part of this local project, the City seeks to work with cultural Knowledge Holders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members and local school students to develop a cultural design strategy that will guide how First Nations stories are celebrated in the park.

Date : Saturday 7th May 11AM-1PM

Meet: 11am at the Alexandria Park kids playground to view the site. At 11.30am we’ll then walk together to Alexandria Town Hall.

Children to be supervised by parents/guardians. Covid safety and full vaccinations required. Light lunch will be provided.
