Dear Parents & Carers,
The New South Wales Teachers Federation has called upon its members to stop work on Thursday 5 December 2019 commencing at 8.45am in order to hear the latest reports from the Presidential Officers on salary negotiations. Teaching staff from Alexandria Park Community School will be attending this meeting.
Therefore, Alexandria Park Community School will be operational with minimal supervision on Thursday 5 December 2019 from 8:40am to 10.30am. It is recommended that where possible parents seek alternate arrangements for their children during this time. Full staff supervision and normal school routines and lessons will begin at 10.30am on Thursday morning following the meeting.
Please note: The canteen will be open. The 2020 Year 5 OC class Orientation morning will proceed as planned
