Alex Park is excited to announce the opening of the Alex Park school canteen. After an exhaustive tender process, Skool Snaks has been chosen as the canteen operator of the Alex Park canteen for both the Primary and High Schools. Skool Snaks currently operates several public school canteens and is dedicated to the Department of Education's Healthy School Canteen Strategy for Schools. The canteen will be open from Monday 5th March.
Menu
The school has worked closely with Skool Snaks to develop a nutritious and attractive menu that adheres to the Healthy School Canteen Strategy and caters to students' tastes and needs. Please see the attached menu for details. Please note that there are some differences between High School and Primary menus. This is to cater for students and provide appropriate portion control.
Procedures
The canteen will operate out of two sites; Ground Floor Park Rd Canteen (primary school) and Buckland St Canteen (high school).
Some menu items are available through over the counter service during break times, while others require ordering prior to pick up. Please refer to the menu on the reverse for details. Primary School |

Online Pre-ordering
Online pre-ordering is available through the FlexiSchools website, available at www.flexischools.com.au. FlexiSchools facilitates cashless electronic ordering. Follow the instructions on the FlexiSchools website to create an account and lodge an order. How-to brochures are also available at the school office. Online ordering will operate from Monday 12th March.
