Our Students travel to school by a variety of transport modes including:
- Bicycle (helmets are mandatory)

- STA bus
- Private bus
- Train
- On foot
Students riding are encouraged to wear a helmet and also bring a lock to secure your transport.
Secure points are available on both campuses for this purpose - please ensure that you park your mode of transport in the allocated parking area. Bikes/Scooters not parked in the allocated areas will be moved.
In the interests of student safety, skateboards are discouraged modes of transport to or from Alexandria Park Community School. There is no storage space for skateboards on either Campus.
Bus Services
The 750 School Special (previously known as the 608 School Special) is a free dedicated service for APCS students and runs from Redfern & George streets to the School & vice versa. The route map can be found here: 750 route

309 Circular Quay to Port Botany – alight Botany Road near Wellington Street.

308 Gresham St to Marrickville Metro – alight Mitchell Road near Buckland St
Traveling from South:
309 Port Botany to City – alight Botany Rd near McEvoy St
Traveling from East:
355 Bondi Junction to Marrickville Metro – alight Park Rd Campus bus turnaround
370 Coogee to Leichhardt – alight McEvoy St near Botany Rd
Traveling from the West:
308 Marrickville Metro to Gresham St (City) - alight Mitchell Rd near Buckland St
355 Marrickville Metro to Bondi Junction – alight at Park Rd Campus bus turnaround
370 Leichhardt to Coogee – alight at McEvoy St near Loveridge St
